9-Month Parent Group
Facilitated by Betsy Edelberg, MSFHD.
Being educated is invaluable and life-changing. Apply this to parenting.
Parenting in Practice is a transformational and enjoyable threefold approach to parent education: Theory, Consult, and Personal Inquiry
Now Enrolling the January 2025 Group
Parents meet once monthly for 9 months:
• Four meetings are a monthly topical discussion to review child development needs, stages, effects, schooling, etc.
• Four meetings are group consultations wherein parents freely ask about concerns or curiosities. The group format allows all to learn from each other’s questions.
There is one in-person gathering.
Parents who participate in Parenting in Practice learn to approach parenting from education and wisdom.
Parents receive a monthly workbook:
The workbook offers clarity regarding a parent’s own formative experiences, current and developing values, and expectations.
Our group commitment to continued learning increases confidence, “success,” and competence in parenting.
